Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Scrum Master Consultant to join our Artificial Intelligence tribe on a 50/50 on-site and remote mission in Brussels. You will guide agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and support the Product Owner with the backlog.

The role requires at least 3 years of Scrum Master experience, strong English communication, Jira proficiency, and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset to help teams improve and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with off-shore partners, preferably in India.
• Strong English communication with local and off-shore teams.
• Knowledge of Jira and agile reporting tools.
• Understanding of CI tooling and automated testing.
• Knowledge of agile methods such as Kanban.
• Proactive, collaborative and empowering mindset.

Responsabilités

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Coordinate and track key steps of the agile process.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions.
• Support the Product Owner with the Product Backlog and DoD.
• Coach the team to improve velocity and self-organization.
• Provide transparent reporting on Scrum deployment and metrics.
