SKYFALL IT in Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support two mature Agile squads in a complex IT environment. The role focuses on delivery, coordination and continuous improvement across both squads.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, manage risks and dependencies, and facilitate ceremonies. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement with 50% remote is available. Start date: 1 October; long-term assignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or in Agile delivery.
• Strong IT delivery background.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile squads.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery and coordinate across two Agile squads.
• Identify risks, dependencies and impediments and drive removal.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and stakeholder alignment.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery
• Strong IT delivery background
• Experience supporting multiple Agile squads
• Strong stakeholder management & facilitation skills
• Risk, dependency and impediment management
• Jira & Confluence
• Experience with Cloud environments
• Kafka / event-driven architecture knowledge is a strong plus
• DevOps / CI/CD knowledge is a plus
• English mandatory; French is a plus
• Based in Belgium !
