Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in Mechelen is seeking a Senior Sales Administrator to unite contracts, orders, pricing, invoicing and customer data while looking beyond administration to improve processes and customer experience.

You will connect sales, customer service, channel partners and key accounts, take ownership of challenging files, and help optimize workflows with SAP, SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce in a hybrid, 8 days/month remote setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor level or equivalent experience required.
Multi-year experience in sales support, customer operations or administrative sales.
Experience with CRM/ERP/contract management systems; SAP is essential; SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce a plus.
Analytical and able to translate complex information into workable solutions.
Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of French; proactive and independent.
Ownership mindset and accountable for results.

Responsibilities

Manage complex dossiers: contracts, orders, invoices and customer data, solving issues and closing files.
Support quotes and price simulations; monitor orders and transactions; act under pressure for speed and clarity.
Improve processes by identifying recurring questions and testing new workflows, apps and systems.
Keep procedures and knowledge databases up to date; share knowledge with colleagues.
Be a knowledgeable point of contact for sales, customer service, channel partners and key accounts.
Monitor order delivery and revenue registrations to ensure accuracy.
