Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a HR-SaaS business in Mechelen to hire an experienced Salesforce Admin. You will own and develop the platform, building flows, dashboards, and reports while ensuring data quality and user access.

The role requires strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to implement practical solutions. Fluency in English is essential, Dutch is a strong plus, and Salesforce Admin certification is a bonus as you help evolve the system beyond a

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience.
• Strong with Flow, Sales Cloud and ideally Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
• Explains technical things in plain language and likes working directly with the people who use the system.
• Fluent in English, with Dutch a strong plus.

We're working with a HR business that is looking for a Salesforce Admin to take care of the platform that keeps its sales, customer success and finance teams connected.

They build HR software that helps organisations take care of their people. From its office in Mechelen, a growing team supports customers across Belgium and beyond. Salesforce sits at the heart of how that team works, and it needs someone who treats it as a product rather than a ticket queue.

The role
