Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Sales Data & Digital Specialist to strengthen the Benelux Sales team. You will manage master data, support core systems, and enable digital operations across portals and platforms.

Fluency in Dutch and English, strong Office and Power BI skills, and ERP experience (Infor, SAP, Business Central) are essential for success in this temporary 2-year role.

Qualifications

• MBO background level or equivalent through experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Hands-on with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Business Central) and MS 365.
• Experience with shared drives, cloud structures, and data mapping.
• Strong understanding of master data management processes.

Responsabilités

• Input and manage master data across Benelux ecosystem ordering portals and digital marketing platforms.
• Act as the Key User for Hoogenboom ERP and new digital platform, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for data inquiries and Salesforce master data cases.
• Maintain data accuracy on platforms like Specsplaza, GS1, and Callebaut.com.
• Build relationships with internal departments and external suppliers/partners.
• Support ad-hoc projects aligned with evolving digital needs.

As a Sales Data & Digital Specialist, you will play a key role within the Benelux Sales organization, helping unlock data and digital opportunities aligned with our growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Digital Sales Enablement Manager, you will serve as the backbone of our digital operations by maintaining high-quality master data, supporting core systems, and empowering commercial teams. This position is central to driving our digital strategy forward and connecting our ecosystem with internal and external partners.

Note: this is a temporary role for 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage master data across the Benelux ecosystem ordering portals, and digital marketing platforms.
• Act as the Key User for the Hoogenboom ERP system and the new digital gourmet platform, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for data inquiries and resolve Salesforce cases related to master data.
• Maintain data accuracy on key platforms such as Specsplaza, GS1, and Callebaut.com to ensure seamless business operations.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders, including suppliers and solution partners.
• Support ad-hoc projects and business requirements aligned with evolving digital needs.

Your Profile

• MBO background level or equivalent through experience.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Business Central) and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working with shared drives, cloud structures, and data mapping.
• Strong digital affinity with a solid understanding of master data management processes.
• Proactive "can-do" attitude with a focus on identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams and build supplier relations.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, prioritizing under pressure, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
