Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a HR-SaaS business in Mechelen to hire an experienced Salesforce Admin. You will own and develop the platform, building flows, dashboards, and reports while ensuring data quality and user access.

The role requires strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to implement practical solutions. Fluency in English is essential, Dutch is a strong plus, and Salesforce Admin certification is a bonus as you help evolve the system beyond a

Qualifications

Several years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience.
Strong with Flow, Sales Cloud and ideally Service Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
Explains technical things in plain language and likes working directly with the people who use the system.
Fluent in English, with Dutch a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Building and improving flows, validation rules, dashboards and reports
Managing users, permissions and data quality
Turning requests from sales, marketing and customer success into practical solutions
Keeping integrations and releases running smoothly
Spotting where the platform can save colleagues time, and acting on it
