Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior architect with leadership of complex transformation programs.
• Expertise in integration architecture, APIs, interoperability, and patterns.
• Experience delivering large CRM or digital transformation programs.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Genesys or similar enterprise tech.
• Strong cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven approaches.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, release governance.
• Can translate business needs into scalable, secure tech solutions.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services) is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project & Integration Architect to lead architecture activities for complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives. As the end-to-end architecture authority, you will ensure alignment across applications, integrations, APIs, data, cloud, security, and delivery practices. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive architectural decisions in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate combines deep integration expertise with a strong understanding of modern software delivery and DevOps practices.

Your role

• Lead the definition of target and transition architectures for large‑scale transformation programs.
• Design and govern integration and API architectures across enterprise platforms and systems.
• Ensure consistency across applications, data, cloud, security, infrastructure, and delivery domains.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and drive key technical decisions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define architecture principles, system responsibilities, non‑functional requirements, and platform boundaries.
• Coordinate solution, application, data, security, and infrastructure architects to achieve integrated outcomes.
• Assess existing environments, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend modernization opportunities.
• Establish integration standards, reusable patterns, and best practices for scalability and maintainability.
• Contribute to implementation roadmaps, migration strategies, and deployment planning.
• Produce high‑quality architecture documentation and support the transition from design into delivery.

Your profile

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, Project Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior architecture role.
• Strong expertise in Integration Architecture, APIs, interoperability, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience delivering large‑scale CRM, Customer Operations, Contact Center, or digital transformation programs.
• Hands‑on knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Genesys, or comparable enterprise technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native architectures, microservices, event‑driven architectures, and modern integration approaches.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries, particularly Financial Services, is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in both French and English
