NTT DATA is seeking a Junior Contract Management Officer to help maintain records, ensure timely handling of requests, and support contract framework activities. You will engage with internal teams and client representatives to resolve issues and uphold service quality.

Fluent English and French are required, with a preference for Dutch/Flemish language skills. This role offers growth within a global, BeFlex-friendly environment that values diversity and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in operations, contract administration, service delivery, recruitment coordination, or related functions.
• Fluent English and French.
• Dutch or Flemish language knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in structured, process-driven environments is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate records and operational tracking information.
• Ensure timely and compliant handling of requests and assignments.
• Support the execution of framework contract activities according to established procedures.

Our team is looking for a Junior Contract Management Officer.

Your role:

• Maintain accurate records and operational tracking information
• Ensure timely and compliant handling of requests and assignments
• Support the execution of framework contract activities according to established procedures
• Support interactions with internal stakeholders and client representatives
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating delivery risks when necessary
• Contribute to maintaining high service quality and stakeholder satisfaction

Your profile:

Must have

• 1 year of experience in operations, contract administration, service delivery, recruitment coordination, or related functions
• Fluent English and French.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working in structured and process-driven environments.
• Experience in International Organisations contracts is an advantage.
• Experience preparing operational data, documentation, and reporting activities
• Dutch or flemish language
