Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Senior Solution & Integration Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across complex transformation programs. You will align applications, APIs, data, cloud, security, and delivery, guiding decision-making with business and IT stakeholders.

The role requires deep integration expertise, strong DevOps understanding, and proven leadership in enterprise settings. Fluency in French and English is essential for client-facing activities and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Architect or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Integration Architecture, APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Delivery experience on large CRM, Customer Operations, or digital transformation programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, MuleSoft, Genesys or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native, microservices, event-driven architectures and modern integration approaches.
• Solid DevOps knowledge: CI/CD, release management, deployment governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure tech solutions.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience in regulated industries, e.g., Financial Services, is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Solution & Integration Architect to lead architecture activities for complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives. As the end-to-end architecture authority, you will ensure alignment across applications, integrations, APIs, data, cloud, security, and delivery practices. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive architectural decisions in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate combines deep integration expertise with a strong understanding of modern software delivery and DevOps practices.

Your role:

Your profile:

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, Project Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior architecture role.
• Strong expertise in Integration Architecture, APIs, interoperability, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience delivering large-scale CRM, Customer Operations, Contact Center, or digital transformation programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Genesys, or comparable enterprise technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern integration approaches.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries, particularly Financial Services, is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in both French and English
