• 9+ years of proven experience leading complex capital projects in chemical/pharma manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Provides project and program leadership for API process equipment from inception to completion.
• Aligns project sponsor, core and extended team to deliver objectives.
• Prepares project intake including scoping and business case analyses.
• Facilitates project planning, tracking and reporting of deliverables.
• Manages project finances and budgeting throughout implementation.
• Uses risk management to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Leads project close-out, handover, and documentation to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintains awareness of external environment to provide value and insights.
