Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Staff Project Engineer E&I in Geel, Belgium. The Geel site is the largest chemical production site for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) within the JnJ supply chain.

We ensure lifesaving medicines reach the patient safely, optimally, competitively, and always. This role focuses on project delivery within GET, joining a dynamic team where innovation and a can-do mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent required with Engineering or Science background.
• Experience in electricity (LV), instrumentation protocols, ATEX and qualification is highly desired.
• Strong safety culture and excellent communication across levels are essential.

Responsabilités

• Act as Project lead or core-team member for E&I scope projects, driving successful project delivery.
• Ensure systems are compliant and fit for the intended use, enabling a smooth release for operations.
• Establish effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
