Johnson & Johnson Geel site is recruiting an Experienced Project Engineer to drive API process equipment projects within the GET organization in Belgium. You will provide technical leadership across design, procurement, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety and quality.

You will lead projects from inception to completion, manage budgets and schedules, align with sponsors and teams, and apply risk management to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Science, Technology or Engineering.
• Experience with process equipment engineering and project management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Acts as SME for API process equipment and leads design, procurement, commissioning, and handover.
• Provides project leadership from inception to completion.
• Manages budget, scheduling, risk, and reporting on key deliverables.
• Ensures alignment with project sponsor and team.
• Facilitates planning and financial closure of projects.
