The candidate will manage scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across stages from inception to handover. This is a full-time on-site role at the Geel site.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Science/Engineering required.
• Independent, curious, and able to think creatively to solve problems.
• Safety and quality are paramount; familiarity with pharmaceutical industry guidelines.
• Strong communication skills across levels and teams; able to lead stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Acts as SME for API process equipment, providing technical leadership across design, procurement, commissioning and handover.
• Leads projects from inception to completion with sponsor alignment and team cohesion.
• Prepares project intake, scoping, business case analysis and option assessments.
• Facilitates planning, tracking and reporting of project deliverables and objectives.
• Oversees finances, budgets, and expense management through implementation.
• Applies risk management to identify and mitigate project risks; ensures continuous improvement.
