Qualifications

• 9+ years leading complex capital projects in chemical/pharma manufacturing.
• Master's degree or equivalent through experience; engineering or sciences preferred.
• Safety, quality and compliance are paramount.

Responsabilités

• Provide project and program leadership for API process equipment from inception to completion.
• Align sponsor and core/extended team to deliver final project objectives.
• Prepare project intake, including scoping, business case analysis, alternatives for approval.
• Facilitate project planning, tracking and reporting against key deliverables and objectives.
• Oversee project finances: budget allocation and manage expenses.
• Use risk management to identify and manage project risks.
• Lead project close-out: handover, archiving, financial closure, lessons learned.
• Maintain awareness of external environment, delivering value and insights.
