Huawei Technologies Research and Development Belgium NV is hiring for Senior and Principal Analog/RF IC Design Engineers. You will design, simulate, layout, and test analog, mixed-signal and RF circuits in advanced CMOS or SOI technologies to advance high-speed communication chips.

The role requires an MSEE or PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience, proven silicon results, and strong communication skills. Location is Leuven or Gent, 100% onsite, no hybrid work.

Qualifications

• MS EE or PhD with 4+ years of industry experience in IC design.
• Proven track record with silicon measured results.
• Expertise in CMOS, analog, RF or mm-wave IC design.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Detail oriented and results driven.

Responsabilités

• Design, simulate, layout and test analog, mixed-signal and RF circuits.
• Develop state-of-the-art prototypes and products for high-speed communication.
