Imec in Leuven, Belgium is seeking an experienced IC design researcher to contribute to RF/mm-wave and high-speed IC design in CMOS and IIIV technologies.

You will work in the RF/mmWave and High-Speed ADC group, collaborating across disciplines, publishing results, and engaging with external partners to advance state-of-the-art circuits.

Fluency in English is essential; a PhD is preferred and a competitive package with fringe benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• PhD in high-speed analog/mixed-signal IC design or equivalent.
• Experience in designing in CMOS technologies (28nm, 16nmFF, 5nm).
• Experience in IIIV technologies.
• Strong transistor-level circuit understanding.
• Experience in state-of-the-art high-speed analog/RF circuit design is a plus.
• Ability to work in an international team and report findings clearly.

Responsabilités

• Research and design of innovative high-speed, low-power RF and analog/mixed-signal ICs in CMOS and IIIV technologies.
• Drive bottom-up evolution of these ICs with scaling.
• Collaborate with team to bring new ideas and innovations based on your experience.
• Engage with external partners and pursue new prospects.
• Publish state-of-the-art results in conferences or journals.
