Huawei Technologies Research and Development Belgium NV is hiring for Senior and Principal Analog/RF IC Design Engineers. You will design, simulate, layout, and test analog, mixed-signal and RF circuits in advanced CMOS or SOI technologies to advance high-speed communication chips.

The role requires an MSEE or PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience, proven silicon results, and strong communication skills. Location is Leuven or Gent, 100% onsite, no hybrid work.

Job Description

We are offering SENIOR and PRINCIPAL ANALOG/RF IC DESIGN ENGINEER positions enabling you to join the creation of the next generation advanced communication chips.

The ability to analytically reason on different circuit topologies, based on an overview of the state-of-the-art, select the right architecture and tweak the right parameters to meet stringent criteria for these circuits is your strength.

The candidate will design, simulate, layout and test integrated analog, mixed-signal and/or RF circuits in advanced CMOS or SOI technologies.

Required Education and Experience:

• MSEE with at least 4+ year relevant industry experience or relevant and excellent Ph.D.
• Proven track record with silicon measured results
• Expertise in CMOS, analog, RF or mm-wave integrated circuit design
• Expertise in broadband drivers and/or TIAs is a plus
• Expertise in ring modulator control circuitry is a plus
• Good communication skills & team-player.
• Result driven
