IC Resources near Leuven, Belgium is seeking an Analog Technical Team Lead to manage an analog and chip-level design team at a semiconductor R&D centre. You will blend technical direction with people leadership across projects from feasibility to production, ensuring timely delivery and strong silicon outcomes.

You will lead engineers, drive design reviews, coordinate with international teams, and contribute to recruitment and career development while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant analog IC design experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience with sensor or ASIC top level integration.
• Deep knowledge of blocks such as ADC, DAC, PLL, references, drivers and amplifiers.
• Recent tapeout and silicon debug experience.
• Good understanding of devices, packaging and reliability.
• Excellent communication and cross-team working skills.
• Willingness to travel.
