MinDCet in Belgium is seeking an experienced Analog IC Designer to join our team. You will design analog, mixed-signal and power ICs from architecture through tape-out, working with international customers to translate requirements into robust solutions.

You will lead projects, drive design reviews, plan lab measurements, and mentor junior engineers in analog design and power management. Fluency in English and willingness to work from our office at least 3 days a week are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in microelectronics or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years' experience in industrial IC design and project management.
• Expert knowledge of analog electronics and strong analytical problem solving.
• Proficient with Cadence tools and MATLAB.
• Ability to steer a project team and assess risks in planning and development.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to work from our office at least 3 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop analog, mixed-signal and power ICs from architecture and circuit design through tape-out and silicon validation.
• Develop state-of-the-art power conversion products and subblocks for demanding applications.
• Lead IC development projects and work directly with international customers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Drive design reviews, identify technical risks and find practical solutions throughout the development process.
• Plan and perform lab measurements, characterization and prototype validation.
• Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise in analog design and power management.
