Axis Group is seeking a Personal Lines Claims Manager for the Geel & Tienen region. You will oversee the entire claims lifecycle from initial report to final resolution, handling a diverse portfolio with thorough analysis and negotiation to protect client interests.

We require 5–10 years of relevant experience and mastery of Brio claims software, plus an excellent command of Dutch. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and hybrid work options, including some remote days.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience: 5–10 years in personal lines claims management.
• Knowledge of Brio claims management software is essential.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse portfolio of personal property claims from report to resolution.
• Gather information on coverage, liability and circumstances at claim start.
• Analyze claim details and apply guidelines accurately.
• Negotiate claims while safeguarding the customer’s interests.
• Keep insured informed and calculate damages for client reporting.
• Maintain proactive telephone and written communication with all parties.
