Axis Group in Sint-Agatha-Berchem is seeking an experienced claims manager responsible for both simple and complex claims management. You will serve as the key point of contact for insurance brokers and clients, ensuring effective coordination within various departments.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree, have around three years of experience in vehicle claims management, and be fluent in Dutch and French. The company offers attractive benefits including the option to work from home, additional vacation days, and a year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• Approximately three years of experience in vehicle claims management.
• Fluency in Dutch and French; German and English are a plus.
• Familiarity with applicable traffic laws.

Responsabilités

• Handle both simple and complex claims related to various insurance products.
• Act as the primary point of contact for various brokers.
• Assess damage and liaise with adjusters.
