Axis Group is seeking a Claims Specialist to independently manage claims from start to finish in the Noorderkempen region. You will be the main point of contact for customers and interact with insurers and adjusters, guiding clients through the process with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in claims handling in the insurance industry.
• Experience with auto, fire, family, and SME claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused, meticulous, analytical, and solutions-oriented.
• Experience with Brio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and follow up on claims from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and coordinate with insurers and adjusters.
• Guide customers through the claims process with clear, accurate communication.
• Provide legal and practical advice in claims cases.
• Ensure clear written communication and timely follow-up.
