Job summary

OPTIMUS IT SERVICES is seeking a seasoned Performance Management professional to drive KPI governance, OKR maturation and executive reporting. You will perform deep-dive analyses, translate insights into actionable leadership recommendations and measure marketing ROI across campaigns.

Collaborate across MarTech, Data and Business teams, shaping governance, planning and agile processes. French and Dutch language skills plus English are required, with 50/50 onsite/remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Performance Management, Marketing Analytics or Strategy Consulting.
• Expertise in KPI frameworks, OKRs and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of marketing effectiveness, ROI measurement and attribution.
• Proven stakeholder management, facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Mastery of SQL and complex data processing.
• Excellent command of Power BI, Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr.
• Fluent French with passive Dutch or vice-versa, and operational English.
• Financial services experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to deployment and continuous improvement of the MarCom Watchtower.
• Define, monitor and improve strategic KPIs, OKRs and performance reviews.
• Perform advanced performance analyses and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, commercial contribution and attribution.
• Improve KPI governance, data quality, documentation and measurement methodologies.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify root causes and define improvement actions.
• Embed performance management into governance, planning and agile ways of working.
• Collaborate with MarTech, Data and Business teams to automate and industrialize performance measurement.
