Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deploy and improve the performance management framework (Watchtower).
• Define, monitor and improve Strategic KPIs & OKRs with Performance Analysts.
• Turn complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Measure marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness and attribution models.
• Improve KPI governance, documentation and measurement methodology.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify root causes & action plans.
• Support automation of performance measurement with MarTech/Data teams.

• Major financial services institution launching a strategic "Performance Watchtower" initiative
• Objective: shift Marketing & Communications from reporting-driven to performance-driven culture
• Connecting strategy, KPIs, OKRs, business outcomes and decision-making

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and continuously improve the performance management framework (Watchtower)
