Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance management or marketing analytics
• Strong KPI/OKR and executive reporting skills
• Proficiency in SQL and data processing
• Experience with Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr
• Fluent French and passive Dutch; strong English

Responsibilities

• Deploy and improve the performance management framework (Watchtower).
• Define, monitor and improve Strategic KPIs & OKRs with Performance Analysts.
• Turn complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Measure marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness and attribution models.
• Improve KPI governance, documentation and measurement methodology.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify root causes & action plans.
• Support automation of performance measurement with MarTech/Data teams.
