Job summary

Rhox seeks a senior performance analyst to expand data-driven measurement across marketing and communication activities. You will connect strategy, KPIs and business outcomes, embedding performance governance into governance, planning and agile ways of working.

You will define strategic KPIs, translate analyses into recommendations for leadership, measure ROI and automate reporting with Power BI, Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance management, marketing analytics or strategy consulting.
• Strong expertise in KPI frameworks, OKRs and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to translate complex analyses into business recommendations and action plans.
• Solid understanding of marketing effectiveness, ROI measurement, attribution and business performance indicators.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with Power BI, Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr.
• Mastery of SQL and complex data processing.

What you bring

• At least 8 years of experience in performance management, marketing analytics and strategy consulting.


• Strong expertise in KPI frameworks, OKRs and executive reporting.


• Proven ability to turn complex analyses into business recommendations, decisions and clear action plans.


• Strong understanding of marketing effectiveness, ROI measurement, attribution and business performance indicators.


• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, working collaboratively across teams and disciplines.


• Knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr.


• Mastery of SQL and experience in complex data processing.


• French or Dutch (C1), with passive knowledge of the other language.


• English (C1).
