Job summary

ITProposal seeks an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to deliver end-user IT support and maintain workplace technology across desktop, mobile, and meeting room environments in Brussels. The role requires 8–10 years of IT support experience and a focus on Windows, Microsoft 365, and device management.

The engineer will manage devices, support Teams Rooms and AV setups, ensure security and asset lifecycle governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience supporting Apple and Android mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies.
• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and IT asset lifecycle management skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office.
• Install, replace, upgrade, and manage IT devices and assets.
• Support Apple iOS and Android devices.
• Configure email, VPN, Teams, and mobile apps.
• Manage device enrollment via Intune or other MDM tools.
• Support Teams Rooms and video conferencing equipment.
• Perform pre-meeting checks and executive meeting support as needed.
• Coordinate with AV vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Provide onsite support to infrastructure, network, security, and server teams.
• Perform cable patching, equipment installs, and connectivity checks.
• Manage incidents and requests through ITSM tools and maintain CMDB records.
• Participate in site audits, refresh projects, and operational improvements.
