Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to deliver end-user IT support across desktops, mobile devices, and meeting room environments in Brussels.

The role focuses on Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, device enrollment, and incident resolution with a strong emphasis on customer service and ticketing systems. 6‑month duration with AS‑AP start date. Immediate contribution expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience supporting Apple and Android mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies.
• Basic networking knowledge: LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, VPN.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and IT asset lifecycle management skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
• Perform device installations, replacements, upgrades, and asset management.
• Support Apple iPhones, iPads, and Android smartphones and tablets.
• Configure email, Teams, VPN, and mobile applications.
• Manage device enrollment through Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing equipment.
• Troubleshoot meeting room displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and collaboration devices.
• Perform pre-meeting checks and provide executive meeting support when required.
• Coordinate with AV vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Provide onsite technical support to infrastructure, network, security, server, and workplace teams.
• Perform cable patching, equipment installation, device replacements, and connectivity checks.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain accurate asset and CMDB records.
• Participate in site audits, technology refresh projects, and operational improvement initiatives.
