Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in international business development or defense leadership.
• Experience with NATO contracts and procurement.
• Fluency in English and ability to access NATO missions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a multi-year NATO growth strategy aligned to priorities.
• Lead or support early capture shaping and price-to-win alignment.
• Build executive-level relationships across NATO HQ, NCIA, ACT, ACO, and defense ministries.
• Identify capability synergies across allied defense programs.
• Own strategic pipeline development targets and win probability improvement.
