Job summary

Grupo Oesía in Brussels is seeking a Business Development Manager EU & NATO to drive growth within European institutions and NATO programs.

You will build and manage partnerships across defence and advanced technologies, lead participation in EU and NATO R&D initiatives, and represent the company at industry events.

The role demands a strategic mindset, strong English and Spanish, and a proven ability to identify and structure complex opportunities in multinational contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in defence, security or advanced technology industries.
• Engineering degree required.
• Knowledge of European industrial cooperation and international partnerships.
• Ability to identify, develop and structure complex business opportunities.
• Ability to engage with international institutions and companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Strategic mindset for institutional and multinational environments.
• C1 level of English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop business within the EU and NATO institutions.
• Identify and develop new opportunities in defence and security.
• Lead Grupo Oesía's participation in EU and NATO R&D initiatives.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with European companies and consortia.
• Represent Grupo Oesía at events, forums, and platforms.
• Monitor defence and technology ecosystems to anticipate trends.
• Promote international collaborations with high industrial impact.
