Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation in Brussels is seeking an EU/NATO Business Development Manager. This full-time, permanent role focuses on developing corporate engagement with EU and NATO, monitoring policy developments, and advising on strategic implications for the European region.

You will work with the Brussels Digital Engagement Center and liaise with embassies, industry groups, and LM business areas to position LM for new opportunities while upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of EU/NATO policy, defense policy analysis, or governmental relations experience.
• Experience working in or with EU/NATO structures.
• Defense industry, military, or government background is a plus.
• Languages: Fluency in two European languages, including English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EU and NATO policy, regulatory, and security developments.
• Prepare briefings and assessments for senior leadership.
• Build relationships within EU and NATO structures and partner agencies.
• Represent Lockheed Martin at official meetings, conferences, and industry forums.
• Coordinate with Brussels Digital Engagement and other LM units.
