Job summary

This role focuses on strategic growth, multinational partnerships, and shaping opportunities in IT Modernization to support NATO acquisition activities.

The selected candidate will coordinate with executive stakeholders across NATO entities in the BENELUX region and may work in The Hague, Netherlands or Brussels, Belgium,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years in international business development or defense leadership.
• Experience with NATO contract vehicles and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year NATO growth strategy.
• Lead or support capture shaping and price-to-win activities.
• Build trusted relationships across NATO HQ, NCIA, ACT, ACO, and defense ministries.
• Identify whitespace opportunities in IT Modernization, Cloud, and Cyber/Zero Trust.
