BDO Belgium seeks a Senior Manager Internal Audit & Internal Control within Risk Advisory to lead complex engagements, advise executive management, and drive growth in the Belgian market. You will guide governance, risk and control environments while delivering sustainable business performance.

You will develop teams, build strong client relationships, ensure high-quality delivery, and contribute to revenue expansion while maintaining professional standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, External Audit or Advisory.
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex Internal Audit and Internal Control engagements from planning to delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, Audit Committees and Boards.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Identify business opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Represent BDO in the market through networking, events and thought leadership.
