BDO Belgium is looking for a Manager to lead audit projects that matter, build trust with clients and support your colleagues. You’ll ensure audit quality, identify risks, and deliver robust financial reporting for clients across industries.

You’ll mentor and develop audit teams, stay ahead with training through BDO Academy, and enjoy flexible working arrangements and a market‑aligned rewards package as you progress toward senior leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering with additional financial qualifications preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years' professional auditing experience.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English.

• Lead significant audit projects with quality and confidence.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and maintain independence.
• Prepare and discuss opinions letters and financial statements.
• Mentor and develop audit teams and junior colleagues.
