Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering is required.
• Minimum 6 years of professional auditing experience with strong client management.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English; additional languages are valued.

• Lead significant audit projects, taking charge of complex files and ensuring high-quality reporting.
• Build trusted client relationships as the go-to contact and maintain independence and professionalism.
• Deliver peace of mind by preparing and discussing opinions letters and financial statements.
• Mentor and develop audit teams and junior colleagues, sharing expertise and leadership.
• Stay ahead of the curve with training through BDO Academy and external programs.
