Blue Lynx is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join its Brussels team. You will work closely with clients to understand challenges, translate insights into strategic recommendations, and lead end-to-end engagements delivering measurable results.

You will coach teams, manage stakeholders from C-suite to operations, and collaborate with technology groups to shape IT strategies and transformation programs, including AI adoption. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, strategy or business transformation.
• Proven experience leading project teams and delivering measurable results.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of consultants, supporting their development and fostering a high-performing culture.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on key projects and business initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from strategy through to implementation and delivery of measurable results.
• Take ownership of project workstreams and ensure delivery against objectives, timelines and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, from C-suite to operational teams.
• Develop and apply innovative approaches to help clients address complex business and technology challenges.
• Collaborate with technology and innovation teams to define IT strategies and adoption of AI/automation solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure innovative solutions.
• Contribute to consulting methodologies and the wider growth of the firm.

Candidate Profile for Management Consultant

• Must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, strategy or business transformation
• Proven experience leading project teams and delivering measurable results across multiple engagements
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, combining business acumen with emotional intelligence
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites
