Airswift is seeking an experienced Manager – Operations Consulting in Belgium (Ghent / Home Office) with frequent travel to client sites across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will lead large-scale transformation programmes focusing on safety, operational excellence, cultural change, and organisational performance.

You will coach leaders, manage project teams, and develop plans to deliver measurable results while nurturing growth of consultants within project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in management consulting, operational excellence, transformation, change management, or performance improvement.
• Proven experience managing projects and client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Travel: Frequent client travel across Belgium and the Netherlands

We're looking for an experienced Operations Consulting Manager to help lead and deliver large-scale transformation programmes focused on safety, operational excellence, cultural transformation, leadership development, and organisational performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.


• Experience within management consulting, operational excellence, transformation, change management, or performance improvement.


• Proven experience managing projects and client relationships.


• Experience leading teams and delivering complex transformation programmes.


• Strong understanding of operational environments within sectors such as: Manufacturing Chemicals Energy Infrastructure Transport Food & Beverage Asset-intensive industries.


• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluent Dutch and English.


• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.
