EmpHire in Belgium is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to partner with leading organizations to design, implement, and accelerate their digital transformation journeys, guiding C-level executives through strategic, organizational, and technological shifts.

You will lead end-to-end transformation programs, assess digital maturity, develop roadmaps, advise on AI, cloud and data platforms, and drive change management across diverse industries and Europe.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation or enterprise change initiatives.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of digital trends, enterprise technology and innovation strategies.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation programs and stakeholder influence at executive level.
• Certifications in project/ program management are assets.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join our client's team in Belgium. In this role, you will partner with leading organizations across industries to design, implement, and accelerate their digital transformation journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, guiding them through the strategic, organizational, and technological shifts required to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, from strategy design to execution.

Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ digital maturity, operating models, and technology landscapes.

Develop roadmaps and actionable strategies for process optimization, automation, and digital adoption.

Advise clients on emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data platforms, IoT, RPA, etc.) and their business impact.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and change management initiatives to drive organizational buy-in.

Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and measurable value creation.

Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members.

Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, bids, and thought leadership activities.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise change initiatives.

Strong knowledge of digital trends, enterprise technology, and innovation strategies.

Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programs across industries.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is strongly preferred due to the Belgian market context.

Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally across Europe.

Experience in agile methodologies and design thinking.

Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to Belgian and EU markets.

Certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) is an asset.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
