threon - strategy delivered is seeking a Consultant in the Brussels region to help clients optimize their project, program, and portfolio management. You’ll analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and guide project delivery to align with strategic goals.

The role requires fluency in French and English, plus working knowledge of Dutch, with 5–15 years of PM/portfolio experience and strong stakeholder management. Willingness to work at client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management.
• Experience as a consultant is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent French and English, and can comfortably express yourself in Dutch.
• You have 5 - 15 years of experience with Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management. Worked as a consultant before? That’s a plus!
• You possess strong soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills and can adapt to various client working environments
• You are willing to work from our clients’ sites (within reasonable distance)
• You don’t think in boxes but think along with the client and are willing to adapt your work when needed
