Airswift Belgium seeks an experienced Manager – Operations Consulting to lead large-scale transformation programmes across Belgium (Ghent / Home Office) with frequent travel to client sites in Belgium and the Netherlands.

You will drive operational excellence, safety culture, and organisational performance, coach client leaders, and build long-term relationships while guiding cross-functional project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in management consulting, transformation, or performance improvement.
• Proven experience managing projects and client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Belgium and the Netherlands.

Location: Belgium (Ghent / Home Office)

Travel: Frequent client travel across Belgium and the Netherlands

We're looking for an experienced Operations Consulting Manager to help lead and deliver large-scale transformation programmes focused on safety, operational excellence, cultural transformation, leadership development, and organisational performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience within management consulting, operational excellence, transformation, change management, or performance improvement.
• Proven experience managing projects and client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of operational environments within sectors such as:
  • Manufacturing
  • Chemicals
  • Energy
  • Infrastructure
  • Transport
  • Food & Beverage
  • Asset-intensive industries
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.
