Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Belgium is seeking a (Senior) Manager Mergers & Acquisitions to lead execution on transactions and to drive origination efforts in close collaboration with the M&A leadership. You will draft information memoranda, teasers, and client presentations, manage relationships, and support negotiations.

The role requires 5–8 years in consultancy or M&A, plus excellent communication and multi-language abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business or related subject.
• 5–8 years of experience in a consultancy firm, (investment) bank or M&A department of a large corporate.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; client-focused and result-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams: drafting marketing materials, client management, financial modelling and transaction documentation.
• Initiate origination ideas by following trends and building sector knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of the M&A team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
