EY-Parthenon is recruiting a Director for the Transactions & Corporate Finance Industries team in Belgium. The role focuses on financial due diligence, business valuation, and transaction support within a private equity and corporate client context.

The successful candidate will lead diligence work, coach teams, and liaise with clients, guiding complex analyses and deliverables throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 5+ years in Transactions.
• Good accounting knowledge.
• Team player with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Independent with professional assertiveness.
• Project management and Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses; identify issues and assess impact on the transaction.
• Identify and understand key business drivers and provide value through our deliverables.
• Regular liaison with the target and client at all levels.
• Collaborate with team; share responsibility and communicate issues, conclusions, and progress.
• Gather, verify and analyze information; formulate views and drive the process.
