EY-Parthenon in Belgium seeks a junior consultant in Transactions and Corporate Finance to start in October 2027. You will be staffed across sectors, gaining hands-on experience in due diligence, valuation, decision modeling and M&A.

You will develop core advisory skills through financial modelling, economics, and strategic analysis in a collaborative, AI-aware environment. This role offers strong training and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or pursuing Master’s in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or Commercial Sciences.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research on companies and sectors in Belgium and abroad.
• Prepare prospecting and contribute to pitches.
• Assist in information memoranda, teasers and other marketing materials.
• Assist live sell- and buy-side M&A processes.
• Support negotiating position and purchase price adjustments.
• Perform financial due diligence with the project team to identify transaction risks.
• Analyze balance sheet components and valuation issues.
• Support core business decisions with financial modelling and economics.
• Provide input to purchase and debt agreements and related documents.
• Analyze working capital and seasonality relative to targets.
• Coordinate valuation engagements for planning, reporting, tax, regulatory compliance, restructuring and strategy.
