EY-Parthenon in Belgium seeks a junior consultant in Transactions and Corporate Finance, with exposure to due diligence, valuation, decision modelling and M&A across sectors. You will be staffed across domains to build a broad foundation and become a well-rounded advisor.

We look for a Master’s level candidate with strong analytical skills, fluency in Dutch and English, and an interest in applying AI trends professionally.

Qualifications

• Master's-level candidate or currently pursuing a Master’s in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or Commercial Sciences.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and excellent written and spoken English.
• Interest in AI trends and applying innovative approaches in a professional context.
• Interest in transaction and corporate finance and related processes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth research on Belgian and international companies and sectors.
• Prepare prospectuses and contribute to pitches and information memoranda.
• Assist in live sell- and buy-side M&A processes and support negotiations.
• Analyze working capital and key balance sheet components.
• Contribute to smart financial modelling and value creation through AI adoption.
• Support drafting of purchase agreements and related documents.
• Coordinate valuation engagements for planning, reporting, tax, and restructuring.
