KPMG Llp in Belgium is seeking a Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions. You will act as the main client contact, oversee day-to-day management, and deliver high-quality analysis and presentations.

You will coordinate with cross-functional KPMG teams, coach colleagues, and build long-term client relationships while maintaining a strong emphasis on accuracy, ethics, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least six years of financial due diligence and related experience.
• CFA charter or active CFA enrollment is advantageous.
• Strong data analysis and insight generation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence procedures for M&A transactions.
• Identify key drivers and deliver value to clients.
• Be primary client contact and manage day-to-day engagements.
• Prepare deliverables including reports, presentations, and client discussions.
• Coordinate with KPMG teams and mentor colleagues.
• Expand professional network and build long-term client relationships.
• Provide coaching and share knowledge within the team.
