Job summary

KPMG Belgium is seeking a motivated (Senior) Manager for its Valuations team within Deals & Strategy to deliver valuation advice across industries, including business, share and intangible asset valuations for M&A, accounting, tax, reorganizations and disputes. You will also support Purchase Price Allocations (IFRS 3) and impairment tests under BE GAAP and IAS 36.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least six years of relevant valuation experience.
• Strong knowledge of valuation techniques for businesses, assets, and financial instruments.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent Dutch and English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of engagements and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate team activities and collaborate with Audit, Tax & Legal, and Risk teams.
• Coordinate market and financial research, financial statement analysis, pricing and valuation analysis, and the preparation of valuation reports.
• Build and expand a professional network and establish long-term client relationships as a trusted adviser.
