BRILLIANT COMPUTERS CITADEL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY is seeking experienced L3 IT Support Engineers to provide advanced onsite IT support within enterprise office and factory environments in Belgium. The role covers end-user computing, server, networks, AD, security, monitoring and shop-floor tech to keep business operations stable.

You will act as senior escalation point, handle incident management, configure tools like SCCM, WSUS, MDT, and participate in patching and cyber security tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of enterprise IT support experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced L3 onsite technical support to office and factory users.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, OS, and network incidents.
• Support Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Manage Active Directory accounts, GPOs, and domain services.
• Assist with Azure/AD endpoint environments.
• Roll out tools like SCCM, WSUS, MDT, and Qualys.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Lead escalation for L1/L2 engineers.
