Contact One Communications, Inc. is seeking a Support Engineer to deploy and manage COTS applications on Windows/Linux servers, integrate with identity providers, and support end-user deployments. You will monitor KPIs, support NBAC/NATO systems, and work with Azure/AWS cloud environments.

The role includes incident tracking, escalation when needed, and knowledge base contributions, with strong emphasis on security and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency across Windows, Linux, AD and SQL Server environments.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration and lifecycle management.
• Cloud deployment on AWS and Azure and PKI knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd/3rd level end-user support with SLA-based response.
• Monitor and maintain NBAC/NATO security-compliant environments.
• Collaborate with vendors and NCIA teams for issue resolution.
• Document issues and contribute to knowledge base.
