EMW is seeking a skilled L3 Support Engineer for COTS Applications to join our Belgium team in Braine-l'Alleud. The role requires 50% on-site work with a focus on deploying, integrating, and operating COTS applications across Windows and Linux servers, with cloud involvement in Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting COTS applications in enterprise environments.
• Ability to deploy and manage server applications on Windows/Linux.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud configurations and EntraID groups.
• Strong incident management and SLA adherence skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues quickly.

• COTS Application Support and deployment on Windows/Linux servers.
