EMW in Belgium seeks an experienced L3 Support Engineer for COTS Applications to deploy, configure and maintain enterprise-scale applications on Windows and Linux servers. The role includes cloud configuration, AI-related activities, and end-user support with SLA-driven incident management.

Responsibilities cover collaboration with service delivery, incident tracking, and knowledge-base development, while ensuring security compliance and efficient operations within NATO-related environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
• Knowledge of identity providers and AD/EntraID integration.
• Ability to deploy and support COTS applications in enterprise environments.
• NATO security clearance or eligibility for one.

Responsabilités

• COTS Application Support and deployment as per SLA.
• Manage cloud configurations and identity/permissions for EntraID Groups.
• AI deployment and integration for production environments.
• Provide end-user support and resolve software issues with minimal disruption.
• Log incidents and track tickets to resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to vendors and follow up for resolution.
• Contribute to knowledge base and share best practices.
